Your application to coach with us is in, and I want to take a moment to tell you what actually happens from here, because I know the worst thing after submitting something like this is being left wondering.
What Happens Next
Every application that comes through this form is read by an actual human on our team. Not filtered by a bot, not skimmed in bulk, not auto-scored and forgotten. We sit with each one, because the people we bring on as coaches end up shaping the experience of every client who walks through our doors, and we take that seriously.
So your application is going to be reviewed carefully against where we are right now, what kinds of clients are currently coming in, and where the genuine gaps on our coaching team exist. That review takes time. We’d rather take a little longer and get the fit right than rush the process and place someone in a seat that wasn’t built for them.
On Timing
We don’t operate on a fixed response window, and I want to be upfront about that rather than promise you something we can’t reliably deliver.
If there is a clear and immediate fit, you’ll typically hear from us within a couple of weeks. If your background is strong but the timing isn’t quite right — meaning we don’t currently have the client demand that matches your specialty, or our roster is full in your area — we may hold your application and reach back out when the picture changes. That could be a month from now. It could be six months. It could be longer.
This isn’t a brush-off. It’s just the honest reality of how we run things. We bring coaches on when there’s real work for them to do and real clients who will benefit from their specific strengths. Bringing someone on without that alignment doesn’t serve you, and it doesn’t serve the people you’d be coaching.
What "Good Fit" Actually Means To Us
Fit, for us, isn’t only about credentials or experience, though those obviously matter. It’s also about alignment, meaning how your approach, your specialty, your energy, and your values intersect with the kind of work we do and the kind of people we serve. A brilliant coach in the wrong environment won’t shine, and a great environment with the wrong coach won’t deliver. Both pieces have to line up.
So when we say we’ll be in touch when there’s a good fit, we mean it literally. We’re looking for the intersection where your gifts meet a real need we’re seeing on our side.
In The Meantime
You don’t need to follow up, though you’re welcome to if something significant changes — a new credential, a shift in your specialty, an updated portfolio, anything that would meaningfully change how we’d evaluate your application. If that happens, just reply to the confirmation email you’ll receive shortly with the update.
Otherwise, please know that your application is on file, it’s been seen, and it will be revisited as our needs evolve.

It takes work to fill out an application like this honestly, and it takes a certain kind of person to want to do this work in the first place — to want to sit across from people at pivotal moments in their lives and help them move forward.
