These Payment Terms govern your purchase and use of paid products and services offered by nRecovery, including coaching services, courses, AI life coaches, assessment tools, and other digital or physical offerings. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), digital wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay) and third-party processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). Available options are displayed at checkout.


2. Pricing & Billing

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change at nRecovery’s discretion.
  • For international customers, your payment provider may apply currency conversion rates and international transaction fees.
  • You agree to pay the amount specified at the time of purchase, including any applicable taxes or fees.
  • For subscriptions or recurring services, the billing cycle and renewal amount will be clearly disclosed before you complete your purchase.

3. Taxes

You are responsible for any sales, use, value-added or other taxes, levies or duties imposed by your local authorities. Where required, these will be added to your total at checkout.


4. Failed Payments

If your payment method is declined or a transaction fails, we may suspend or restrict access to paid services or content until payment is successfully processed. It is your responsibility to update your payment information promptly.


5. Account Suspension & Termination

Continued non-payment may result in suspension or termination of your access to paid offerings. nRecovery reserves the right to pursue collection of any outstanding amounts using the information provided at the time of purchase.


6. Automatic Renewals (If Applicable)

If your purchase includes a subscription with automatic renewal:

  • We will notify you at least 7 days before each renewal date.
  • You may cancel at any time prior to renewal via your account settings or by contacting us.
  • Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not entitle you to a pro-rata refund for the current period.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refund eligibility and terms vary by product or service. Please refer to the specific product or service page for detailed refund conditions.
  • Certain digital purchases (e.g., downloadable resources, on-demand content) may be non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded.
  • If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your purchase via our Get In Touch form and we will review your request in good faith.

9. Disputes & Inquiries

If you have any questions, concerns or disputes regarding charges or your billing account, please contact us promptly. We will work with you in good faith to resolve payment-related issues.

We aim to acknowledge all inquiries within 2 business days and provide a substantive response or resolution within 10 business days.


10. Payment Security

  • All transactions are processed using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.
  • We do not store full payment card details on our servers; sensitive data is handled by PCI-compliant third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
  • You should review your payment provider’s privacy and security policies for details on currency conversion rates and any international transaction fees.

11. Changes to These Payment Terms

nRecovery may update these Payment Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website and updating the “Effective Date” on Page 1. Your continued use of paid products or services after the updated Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using and delete any paid content or services.
