The Network For Recovery, Inc. (“nRecovery,” “we,” “us,” “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This Policy describes:

• How we comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”)
• Our claims to Safe Harbor protection under 17 U.S.C. § 512
• How to report alleged infringement
• How we process notices and counter-notices

This Policy is based on U.S. law (DMCA) and may be supplemented by international copyright statutes as applicable. nRecovery reserves sole discretion to interpret, amend, and enforce this Policy to protect our service, reputation, and legal compliance.


nRecovery qualifies for—and hereby claims—the Safe Harbor protections afforded under 17 U.S.C. § 512. We act promptly to remove or disable access to infringing material when we receive proper notification.

This Policy also implements any other applicable copyright laws under which we operate, including international treaties and local regulations in jurisdictions where we provide service.


Except where expressly noted, all content on nRecovery (including text, images, videos, software, audio, and other materials) is either owned by nRecovery or licensed to us by third parties. Such content is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.


3. Reporting Alleged Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on nRecovery without authorization, you must submit a written DMCA takedown notice containing the following elements:

  1. Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
  2. Work Description: A clear description or copy of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  3. Location: Exact URL(s) or location(s) on nRecovery where the alleged infringing material appears.
  4. Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. Good Faith Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. Accuracy Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
