By accessing or using the Sites, you:

All products purchased through the Sites (“Merchandise”) are subject to our Returns & Refunds policy. “Coach” or “Coaches” are individuals or entities approved by nRecovery to provide instructional or mentoring services via the Sites. Coaches are independent contractors, not employees or agents of nRecovery.

13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, AI Disclaimer, Returns & Refunds and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and nRecovery regarding the Sites and supersede all prior understandings.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and the provision will be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
13.3 Waiver
No failure or delay by nRecovery in exercising any right under these Terms constitutes a waiver of that right, unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative.
13.4 Remedies Cumulative
All rights and remedies under these Terms are cumulative and in addition to any other rights or remedies available at law or equity.

You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent of nRecovery; any unauthorized assignment is void.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York (without regard to conflict-of-law rules). You agree that disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York.

All content on the Sites—text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the underlying source code—is owned by nRecovery or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted herein, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works of any portion of the Sites.

By submitting User Content to the Sites, you grant nRecovery a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display and create derivative works of your User Content in any media or format, for the purpose of operating and promoting the Sites. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.
