1. Scope & Definitions
This Policy governs all refund, return and cancellation requests for purchases made through nRecovery, including coaching services, online courses, events, physical products, subscription plans, and other offerings (collectively, “Purchases”). By purchasing any service or product from nRecovery, you (“You”) agree to the terms below, which are designed to protect both your interests and ours. nRecovery reserves sole discretion to interpret and enforce these rules.
Key Definitions:
• Coaching Services: One-on-one or group coaching sessions delivered live or virtually.
• Online Courses: Self-paced digital courses, lessons, downloads and associated materials.
• Events: Live, in-person or virtual seminars, workshops, retreats or conferences.
• Physical Products: Tangible goods shipped to you, including merchandise and supplements.
• Subscriptions: Recurring access plans (monthly, annual, etc.) with or without free trials.
• Other Purchases: Bundle packages, gift cards, specialized digital downloads not covered above.
• Refund Window: The period during which You may request a refund, as specified per Purchase type.
• Substantial Consumption: Access to more than 10% of course content or multiple full lessons/downloads.
2. Eligibility & Refund Windows
Coaching Services
• Cancellation/Rescheduling: Must notify Your coach ≥ 24 hours before scheduled time.
• Forfeiture: Sessions canceled < 24 hours or delivered sessions are non-refundable.
Online Courses
• Refund Window: Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
• Consumption Limit: Course content must not be substantially consumed.
• Abuse Prevention: Repeated requests or evidence of misuse may be denied.
Events
• Customer Cancellation: Requests ≥ 7 days before event may qualify for full or partial refund (administrative fees may apply).
• Late Cancellation: Requests < 7 days before event are non-refundable except for documented emergencies.
• nRecovery Cancellation: Full refund or credit toward an alternative event of equal value.
Physical Products
• Refund Window: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided item is unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
• Shipping Costs: Return shipping is Your responsibility; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Defects/Damage: Report within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund of product cost (excluding shipping).
Subscriptions
• Free Trials: Must cancel before trial expiry to avoid charges.
• Paid Subscriptions: Fees are non-refundable; service continues until end of current billing cycle.
• Legal Exceptions: Refunds may be issued where required by applicable consumer-protection laws.
Other Purchases
• Bundles: Each component follows its own refund terms; nRecovery may treat the bundle as a single unit.
• Gift Cards/Vouchers: Final sale—non-refundable except where mandated by law.
• Digital Downloads: Refunds only if defective and unaccessed; otherwise non-refundable.
3. Request & Processing
3.1 How to Request a Refund

• Your full name and contact information
• Order number or transaction ID
• Purchase type and date
• Brief explanation of the reason for your request
3.2 Processing Timeline
- Verification: We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and may request additional information.
- Decision: All requests will be reviewed and approved or denied within 7 business days of complete submission.
- Refund Execution: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via your original payment method.
3.3 Company Discretion
nRecovery reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny any refund or return request that does not strictly comply with this Policy or that appears abusive or fraudulent.
4. Exceptions & Limitations
4.1 Administrative & Processing Fees
Where applicable, non-refundable administrative or processing fees may be deducted from any approved refund.
4.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Coaching sessions canceled less than 24 hours before start time or already delivered
- Online courses where “substantial consumption” has occurred (> 10% of content)
- Event cancellations within 7 days of start (absent documented emergency)
- Physical products returned after the 30-day window or that are opened, used or damaged
- Subscription fees once charged (outside of free-trial period)
- Gift cards, vouchers and fully redeemed digital downloads
- Shipping, handling and original transaction fees
4.3 Abuse & Fraud
Repeated refund requests for the same Product, evidence of misuse, or any attempt to manipulate this Policy may result in refusal of service, cancellation of account privileges, and reporting to relevant authorities.
5. Dispute Resolution & Legal
5.1 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York. You agree that all disputes will be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York.
5.2 Binding Arbitration
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy will be resolved by individual binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You and nRecovery each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class, collective, or representative proceeding.
5.3 Severability
If any provision of this Policy is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and be interpreted to fulfill its intent.
5.4 Amendments
nRecovery may modify this Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted on our site with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of nRecovery’s services after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

7. Miscellaneous Provisions
7.1 Entire Agreement
This Returns & Refunds Policy, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference (e.g., Terms of Service, Privacy Policy), constitutes the entire agreement between you and nRecovery regarding refunds, returns, cancellations and related processes. It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals or agreements, whether oral or written.
7.2 Assignment & Transfer
nRecovery may assign or delegate any of its rights or obligations under this Policy, in whole or in part, to any affiliate or successor without notice. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Policy without nRecovery’s prior written consent; any purported assignment in violation of this provision is void.
7.3 Force Majeure
nRecovery shall not be liable or deemed in breach for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, wars, labor disputes, or disruptions of telecommunications or Internet services.
7.4 Waiver
No failure or delay by nRecovery in exercising any right or remedy under this Policy will operate as a waiver of that right or remedy. Any waiver must be in a writing signed by an authorized representative of nRecovery.
7.5 Notices
All notices required or permitted by this Policy will be in writing. nRecovery may provide notice by posting on its website or by email to the address you have on file. You may give notice to nRecovery via the online form at https://nrecovery.com/get-in-touch. Notices are deemed given: (a) when posted on the website; (b) upon transmission of email (unless bounced back); or (c) three days after mailing by certified mail.
